  • We used Trelli to full gut renovation on the first floor of a 1912 duplex. We had structural work, plumbing, electrical and a new layout to be done. They made the whole thing easy and as stress free as a renovation can be. Although we had lots of surprises (to be expected in an old building that had never really been updated), we fully enjoyed working with the team. Andrew and Mike always answered our calls and texts which we found out while discussing with friends and family, is not not always a given when dealing with general contractors. Whenever we had questions, they took the time to answer them all. We had some issues with one or two subcontractors, however it does not deter our review of the Trelli team. Considering all this was done during the peak of Covid, we are very satisfied.

  • We entrusted Andrew, Mike, and the Trelli team with our complete home renovation in 2022. It was a gut job, everything needed to be redone. New plumbing, electrical, different floor plans, etc etc. Everything was torn out and they started from scratch. We were incredibly impressed. Everything was communicated clearly, all problems with the home were corrected, and the design was well planned and executed beautifully. We trusted the team when they made a suggestion because time after time it was proven to be the right choice. They found ways to save us money when they could, and were always transparent about costs. If we had an idea, more often than not, they found a way to make it happen.
